 "Marketgems
Earnings Plays Trader" is a DAILY newsletter for the "Long
-Term day trader and, market willing, the Short-term trader (1-5 day holding period) which takes
advantage of a very profitable and unique market niche that is virtually
untapped by most traders -- the earnings play. Aiming to be educational,
PROFESSIONAL and profitable, the Marketgems Earnings Trader Daily Newsletter
contains 7 trading ideas on average each trading day for Stocks and Options. The
plan includes exactly where to enter (if skewed by gap ups, our moderators
available throughout the day and intraday updates will alert you). We are not
bulls or bears per se, but offer a neutral panorama of the market and do a lot
of sector hopping (i.e. semiconductors, banking, retail, brokerages, healthcare,
biotechnology, oil, and building sector.)
Each piece of information in the Marketgems Earnings Trader is new, every day.
This daily service employs the Marketgems method of trading which has stood the
test of time from 1996. Support systems such as the “Marketgems Education
Center” and "The Marketgems Real Time Trading Forum" can
be accessed as part of the Marketgems service (no services to add on that you
don't need but pad the price) within the marketgems education center and should

Who uses this service? Position traders, Swing traders, and Longer
term daytraders (scalping strategies are not our niche every service out there
offers that generic strategy) who want stocks that will MOVE and move in the
time frame allocated to them. Our unique leading strategy is the REVERSAL
PERIOD TRADING METHOD for EARNINGS PLAYS which show "anticipatory
upswing" or "anticipatory downswing" up to 2 weeks in front of
their earnings report and of course the MOMEMTUM plays from previous earnings
plays that enter our "permanently traded" list until the next earnings
report.
Our plays are updated about 5 times daily and e-mailed to our
subscribers These updates offer valuable insight and individual stock
commentary to each of our plays and are for traders who can't be or don't want
to be hooked into a trading room all session. Often, stops are adjusted and
alternate entries are given. Moderators are available throughout the session in
a real-time trading room, in addition to the e-mailed updates, for any
discussions of our focus trades and any changes that might occur due to morning
gaps.
Our newsletter includes an earnings commentary, daily. The commentary is
followed by a detailed, custom-charted and annotated “watch list” which includes the trading ideas for
the next 1-3 days. Each trading idea is described each in depth,
with charts, criteria, and education. Sometimes we might offer 2 time interval
charts to show detail and offer a unique visual insight into that particular
trade .Each play’s support/resistance area criteria is given directly on the
chart diagram. Following the criteria is an explanation on the criteria that
might make this a quality trading idea.
Our KEY earnings plays will be chosen from the 50 or so companies that have
proven to be 'best precipitators of HUGE price moves' for day(s) before and also
after earnings were released.
